Aristotle Circle ships via UPS or Fedex. Orders with free shipping are shipped via UPS Ground shipping. Products typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your distance from NYC (where we ship from) and the type of delivery chosen by the customer. Orders placed after 4pm EST (Mon-Thurs) or 12pm EST (Fri) for overnight delivery or messenger service (in NYC) will be received the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday, on the weekends or on holidays will be shipped and processed on the next business day. Please Note: Due to construction, our offices will be closed on Thursday, May 31st and Friday, June 1st. Any orders placed after 5pm EST on Wednesday, May 30th 2018, will ship the following Tuesday. Return Policy:
Please open shipment upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order. Since products are test preparation materials, there is a 3 day return policy except on certain items (see below). Products returned in perfect, resalable condition may be returned (at owner's expense) within 3 days of receipt for a full refund minus a $15 restocking fee.
